| 1 - Any behavior or action that negatively impacts the game will be severely punished. |

| 2 - As a good community that we are, personal aggressive insults here will have no place. All insults made to other players will have an appropriate punishment according to the profanity used by the offender. |

| 3 - Advertising for others OT servers: advertising, whether on any of the OldHeart server's communication channels, will result in a permanent ban on all your accounts, as well as deletion. |

|
| 4 -Refusing to cooperate with staff to promote good coexistence on the server will result in a ban, which may be temporary or even permanent. |
|
|
| 5 -Sale of content related to the game for RL money: all exchange of content obtained in the game, be it KKs, TCs, char or items is strictly prohibited on our server, if the action is promoted, there will be a strict punishment for the player who commits it. |

|
| 6 -Abusing server errors, bugs or any of its dependencies to obtain in-game advantages is one of the biggest infractions described here, with the punishment being the deletion of all accounts involved in the case. |

| 7 -Impersonating a member of OldHeart staff is prohibited, and may lead to the deletion of your account. |

|
| 8 -Disclosing your stream link is allowed on specific channels, as long as you are broadcasting content related to OldHeart. |

| 9 -When donating to the server, you are aware that this is a way of helping and contributing to the continuity of the server, you understand that you are donating to the server and as a form of bonus, you will be receiving an amount of Remains Coins corresponding to the value that you donated. |

| 10 - Power Abusing: One or more players do not own the OldHeart's server. Power abusing to suppress other players without any reason or any context than fair game-play will result in several punishments. |
